We’re here for people living with any terminal illness, and their families. We offer expert care, guidance and support to help them get the most from the time they have left.

We're here to help you and everyone affected by your diagnosis to achieve the best quality of life, and support you to keep your independence and dignity for as long as possible.

This includes treating or managing pain and other symptoms with medicines, therapies and other specialist approaches. It also means giving emotional support to you and your family when you need it most. Our services include:

• Hospice care
• Nursing service, including planned nursing service, rapid response, hospital discharge service, tailored nursing, case-coordination.
• Helper volunteers
• Information and support, including a Support Line, a telephone bereavement service and a Check-in and Chat service
