Working in partnership with a number of local authorities along the south coast, Parity Trust provide secured loans which can be used for a variety of home repairs and adaptations including double glazing, roof repairs, installing radiators and kitchen adaptations.

Loans can also be used to top up Disabled Facilities Grants when there is a shortfall between the grant and total cost of the works. As part of the application process, Parity Trust carries out a full financial review to determine whether a loan with a suitable repayment option can be offered.

Loans are provided with a fixed rate of interest and there is an option to make overpayments or settle the loan in full, with no repayment penalties.
