Healthwatch exists to give children, young people and adults a powerful voice locally and nationally. Local Healthwarch will provide or signpost people to information, advice and Independent Health Complaints Advocacy, to help people make informed choices about health and care services or raise concerns/complaints about their experiences.

The aim is to give citizens in the local community a stronger voice to influence and challenge how health and social care services are commissioned and delivered.
